Preliminary ground work:

Since 2001 a dedicated group of people have been working to make the ground work and preparation for an International Film Festival in Pattaya. To be called “Pattaya International Film Festival” (PIFF).

So far a guiding budget and a plan for both film content and activities have been laid down. A big group of potential volunteers and advisors has been gathered to assure a successful organization of a future film festival. This means that such a film festival will be able to be organized on a relative short notice.
